Base for the winter, you have to.

Oil Mist
Sta-bil

Take out your flame, or the top of your carb to start the engine, jet oil mist on carbs until the engine dies. replace the deck or flame.

Remove the spark plugs, spray-fogging oil into each spark plug hole. Replacement candles and son.

Use Stable, follow the instructions and pour into the gas tank, or even better, if you gas, drain your tank and a jerry can (for your lawnmower, weedwacker, etc.)

Drain the water-cooling, and if you fill with antifreeze in it can, it's a good idea.

At the store, if possible.

It is advisable not to save but got the supply, at least.

Hello Russel, good and timely question. Often there is a section in the manual describes the steps for the winter machine. Like other posters, I would suggest draining much fuel as possible (maybe you can use another device like a chainsaw?). Then some Stabil in your local Walmart or auto parts store. Follow the instructions on the container and fuel is not bad for you during the long storage period. It is also good, cover with a tarp or cover, or custom, and in a garage or similar building, where available. The weather can reap calamity, vehicles ... Even if you are around rodents, I found that spring to cut some pieces of deodorant soap marketed (especially Irish), eat the penetration of mice and things, (or buildings to prevent their small houses and residence to take. ..). They seem to want to take care of your computer and protect your investment. Good idea. All the best, Rick

run some fuel stabilizer through it to ensure fresh gas that is exhausted all the water, and lubricating moving parts. The main thing is the stabilizer of fuel after a meeting with preserved [----, rubber and paint and start Touble next season.
