I live in California, but I'm going to Italy for a few months, and I want to buy the Netgear Skype WiFi Phone.

As soon as I buy the Netgear Skype WiFi Phone, how do I configure a number of Italians, while I am in Canada? (Not just buy a Skype-go, even for a phone?)
