Complications of necrotizing fascitis? - liver disease web md

I just read about this rare disease on the MD side and said that there are complications, shock and respiratory distress.
I wonder how that will not eat flesh-eating bacteria to other organs such as heart, liver ..... Why do the lungs have to suffer more? Where is the crash coming? Is the drinking of blood?

The accident resulted in the loss of water. Necrotizing fasciitis caused the death of the tissues and muscles exposed and loses fluid similar to burns. The accident also caused by sepsis is a serious infection. The infection causes vasodilation, which lowers blood pressure.
Shock due to sepsis and respiratory failure requiring intubation, May.
Necrotizing fasciitis should aggressively by surgical removal of the infected area, most are treated by intravenous antibiotics and infusions to maintain blood pressure.
Most patients require intensive care monitoring. Can be detected and treated early, if not the result so bad if the infection spreads and septic shock on the prognosis is poor.
